POST-MIGRATION NOTES:
- If you HOST Teams meetings, don’t forget to create new meetings/invites and delete your old ones.
- When you unlock your laptop, you must now do so by hitting CTRL + ALT + Del on your keyboard.
- Windows Hello (Security Pin) is intentionally disabled. We will enable it when all users are migrated.
- Your Bitlocker Startup PIN (blue screen) is temporarily disabled and will self-re-enable on its own in the near future. Your PIN is either the one you previously used or your birthday Month & Day x2. If for example, your birthday is November 23rd, your Bitlocker PIN would be 11231123. You can change it on your own, instructions for that, will follow in a future email.
- itsupport@sellersaa.com ticketing is currently DOWN. This should get resolved within the next 48 hours.
- Anyone in “Not Ready” status either had a machine that requires a re-image or was offline and inaccessible by IT. We will be reaching out to get you back up and running ASAP.
- If you have a mobile device with email access. You must remove/delete your S&A account from the device and add it back.
