Feb 13, 2020 – Sellers & Associates, LLC, (S&A) a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs certified Veteran Owned Small Business, is pleased to announce it has joined the Undersea Technology Innovation Consortium (UTIC). The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport and UTIC entered into a three-year agreement with options for up to 10 years for industry, academia, and the non-profit sector to engage in a broad range of research, development, and prototyping activities. The agreement allows for the delivery of new technology products and services faster and more efficiently than traditional federal acquisition requirements typically permit.
UTIC is a national consortium of members – manufacturers, small companies, large contractors, suppliers, academia, non-profits, and non-traditional technology companies, who work collaboratively with the U.S. Government to develop undersea and maritime technologies for challenges related to defense, security, and protection. UTIC facilitates collaboration, rapid development, testing, and commercialization of innovative undersea and maritime technology solutions to achieve and maintain an international competitive advantage in undersea and maritime defense technologies.

May 1, 2019 – S&A was awarded Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Career-Long Learning Continuum Requirements and Assessment Task Order, as part of the Cape Henry Associates, Inc., team, under United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC). The goal of RRL is to provide the right training at the right time utilizing the most effective methodology. To accomplish this, developing a career-long learning continuum, where training is delivered by modern methods, to enable faster learning and better knowledge retention at multiple points in the continuum. The Learning Continuum will be an all-encompassing platform for which a Sailor can examine every path their rating may take and the required training to meet career goals and provide focus for capturing and tracking a Sailor’s experience, proficiency and quality. S&A looks forward to continuing our support to Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) under Sailor 2025 (S2025) initiative.
February 6th, 2019 – Sellers & Associates LLC (S&A) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the US Coast Guard Acquisition Directorate (CG-9) Executive Support Services contract as part of the Ghostrock LLC team. The S&A team on site will be providing administrative and executive support to the CG-9 leadership, in addition to communicating the USCG’s plans, milestones, achievements, and obstacles via query and audit response coordination efforts. S&A looks forward to providing effective and efficient support to our new customers at the US Coast Guard through this initiative.
October 1, 2018 – Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) announced today its selection by the US Navy as a member of the Frontier Technology, Inc. (FTI) team awarded an $18M Seaport-e Task Order with the US Navy’s Fleet Forces Command (USFLTFORCOM) in Norfolk, VA. The total period of performance, if all options are exercised, spans five years.
USFLTFORCOM’s mission is to: (1) train, certify, and provide combat-ready Navy forces to combatant commanders that are capable of conducting prompt, sustained naval, joint, and combined operations in support of US national interests; (2) command and control subordinate Navy forces and shore activities during the planning and execution of assigned service functions in support of the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO); (3) provide operational planning and coordination support to Commander, U.S. Northern Command (CDR, USNORTHCOM), Commander, U.S. Element North American Aerospace Defense Command (CDR USELEMNORAND), and Commander, U.S. Strategic Command (CDR USSTRATCOM); and (4) Command and control subordinate forces during the planning and execution of joint missions as Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Northern Command (USNAVNORTH) to CDR USNORTHCOM.
S&A will provide expertise in project/program management, strategic planning, gap assessment, metrics, process design and improvement, risk management, outreach and engagement, communication, emerging technologies, training, information systems, information technology, infrastructure and facilities, budget and financial management, technical writing, scheduling, executive support services. S&A will support USFLTFORCOM’s Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Program. The RRL initiative is a profound transformation in training that will affect more than 75% of US Navy enlisted ratings. S&A will assist USFLTFORCOM and Type Commanders (TYCOMs) in execution of responsibilities as RRL Executive Agent, RRL Integration (IB) and Executive Steering Committee (ESC) Executive Secretary, and Fleet Training Requirements Development and Assessment. Work will be performed in Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, and Pearl Harbor, HI.
September 30, 2018 – Sellers and Associates, LLC (S&A) is pleased to announce that we have been added as a member to the National Security Technology Accelerator (NSTXL) Consortium. This consortium allows for increased access to innovative technology from the non-traditional defense and commercial market to be prospected and developed into effective solutions to help fill the needs of the US DoD and the Warfighter. By being a part of this consortium, S&A has access to technological innovations that would otherwise not have a clear path of being applied to our customers’ needs. Through the consortium, Sellers & Associates LLC will have an accelerated and simplified method to identify, develop, and transition technologies needed for the Warfighter and DoD.

September 15, 2018 – Sellers and Associates, LLC (S&A) is pleased to announce that we have partnered with the Consortium Management Group (CMG), and joined the CEED and C5 consortiums.
S&A, LLC is a member of the CEED Consortium, that includes many leading companies and institutions in the Energy, Environmental, and Demilitarization technological sectors. CEED utilizes OTA’s (Other Transactional Agreements) to provide easier access to innovative and efficient solutions to our clients that would otherwise be unavailable. CEED particularly provides members an innovative and commonsense acquisition mechanism for development of new technologies and products to meet government customer requirements. This mechanism provides additional flexibility, enabling Sellers & Associates, LLC to be able to successfully meet customers’ demands and requirements more effectively.
S&A, LLC is a member of the C5 Consortium. The C5 Consortium is a group composed of companies and institutions that are leading the way in innovation in the C4ISR and Cyber technology sectors. C5 utilizes OTA’s (Other Transactional Agreements), as an efficient acquisition mechanism to support the development of new technologies. The C5 Consortium will broaden the technology base by providing access to innovators not readily available to the DoD.

August 27, 2018 – Sellers and Associates, LLC (S&A) is pleased to announce that we have joined the IWRP Consortium. The focus of this consortium is to provide solutions for prototype opportunities specifically to the SPACE AND NAVAL WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND (SPAWAR.) The consortium allows for more innovative solutions from non-traditional government contractors to be brought forward and implemented by organizations, allows for our customers to have access to a much broader range of solutions in terms of Research & Development, and to tap into solutions that would normally be inaccessible to them. This additional level of access broadens the horizons of possibility for our customers and opens the door to innovation that will increase efficiency and increase productivity.
