S&A Announces US Department of Veterans Affairs VECTOR Subcontractor Award

October 30, 2017 – Sellers and Associates, LLC (S&A) is pleased to announce it has received a US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) award as a subcontractor to THOR Solutions, LLC. VECTOR is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract (IDIQ MAC) with a $25B ceiling across a 5 year base period and one five year option period.

S&A is a subcontractor in Service Group 1 (Management, Oversight and Improvement) and Service Group 3 (Training). Service Group 1 requirements include project/program management, strategic planning, performance measurement, business process reengineering, change management and transition, quality measurement and data governance. Service Group 3 requirements include training development and training delivery.

Awards were based on a multi-tier evaluation process using trade-off best value criteria. Task Order level requirements will be solicited for VA requirements nationwide spanning the VA’s Integrated Service Network (VISN) system, which includes:

  • 167 Medical Centers
  • 1,018 Outpatient Services Sites
  • 186 Multi-Specialist Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs)
  • 562 Primary Care CBOCs
  • 256 Other Outpatient Services Sites
  • 300 Vet Centers
  • 70 Mobile Vet Centers
  • 114 Mental Health RRTP Programs
  • 134 Community Living Center Programs

On an annual basis, the VA provides critical support for:

  • 9.1M Enrollees
  • 6.6M Treated Patients
  • 92.4M Outpatient Visits
  • 312,000 Outpatient Surgeries
  • 707,400 Inpatient Admissions
  • 272.2M Lab Tests
  • 271.4M Prescriptions

S&A Announces US Navy SeaPort-e Prime Contract Award

June 30, 2016 – Sellers and Associates, LLC (S&A) is pleased to announce it has received a SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) prime contract award (N00178-16-D-9006), providing S&A the ability to compete as a prime contractor for SeaPort-e Task Order solicitation requirements.

About S&A: SeaPort-e is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indiefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling value of $50B+. Established and sponsored by the Naval Sea Systems Command, SeaPort-e offers a full range of engineering, technical, and professional services support to the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The contract vehicle is availabile to organizations such as:

  • Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)
  • Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
  • Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR)
  • Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)
  • Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)
  • Military Sealift Command (MSC)
  • Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)
  • Office of Naval Research (ONR)
  • United States Marine Corps (USMC)
  • Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)

The SeaPort-e contract is managed through the SeaPort Acquisition Portal at http://www.seaport.navy.mil/. The SeaPort portal contains contract information and additional guidance.

The contract expires in December of 2019. Seaport Next Generation (SeaportNxG) will be competitively solicited as the follow on contract vehicle.
