C5 was awarded an initial three year OTA with the Army in July of 2014, followed by a 10 year, no ceiling OTA in April of 2017. Sellers & Associates LLC is proud to be a member of this consortium, and will utilize the access it presents in order to bring about innovative and efficient solutions to all of our customers in the C4ISR and cyber realms. Sellers & Associates LLC is a member of the C5 Consortium. The C5 Consortium is a group composed of companies and institutions that are leading the way in innovation in the C4ISR and Cyber technology sectors. C5 utilizes OTA’s (Other Transactional Agreements) as a more efficient acquisition mechanism to best allow for the development of new technologies to meet the customers needs. In regards to the origins of C5 itself, it was the product of the Office of the Secretary of Defense requesting the Army to establish a new OTA to address C4ISR and cyber technology requirements.
