The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and US Marine Corps compete services requirements among more than 2,400 Seaport-e Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) prime contract awardees.
