Training Effectivess Evaluation

Sellers & Associates has significant experience in evaluating training to determine effectiveness on overall mission. The S&A team understands the importance of being able to accurately demonstrate return on investment for training development and, by utilizing elements of the Kirkpatrick Model, can readily show correlation between knowledge/skill acquisition and readiness.
